he Château de Routier
This property has a total of 104 hectares, 47 of which are vines. It is, at present, undergoing a complete reorganisation. The wine grower Michèle LEZERAT, who is deeply attached to her land, has decided to direct her efforts towards progressively changing & replanting the grape varieties. She is keen to plant the more aromatic grapes that are particularly suited to the Razès soil : Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Sauvignon, Cot & Grenache that gives the wine its full bodied flavour.
